- Alone in London Service
- Enables homeless young people under the age of 26 to make positive decisions about their lives. Site contains news, jobs, volunteer opportunities, charity aims and successes.
- St Botolph's Project
- Provides a range of services to single homeless people in the City and East End, particularly long term rough sleepers.
- Broadway
- Broadway is one of the leading charities working to eliminate single homelessness in London. Created from the merger of Riverpoint (West London's main homeless charity) and Housing Services Agency on the 1st April 2002
- Centrepoint
- Supporting the young homeless, and working to prevent homelessness in young people.
- Dogs Trust
- Formerly known as the National Canine Defence League. Not primarily a homeless charity, but their Hope Project has been helping dogs whose owners are homeless or in housing crisis since 1994. Includes details of their Chistmas Outreach, where they work with the Mobile Christmas Service as well as Crisis and St Mungo's.
- Cricklewood Homeless Concern
- Cricklewood Homeless Concern (CHC) comprises a Day-Centre and Primary Treatment centre located in the Borough of Brent in North West London.

- Still best known for their Christmas shelters, Crisis works year round across the UK.
- The Foyer
- Provision for homeless young people encompassing safe and affordable accommodation, guidance and support, and access to learning and work.
- Groundswell
- Promotes and develops self-help initiatives with people who are homeless, landless or socially excluded. Provides details of their services including training, networking and information.
- Homeless Families Centre
- Based in Kings Cross, provides advice and support for homeless families.
- The London Connection
- Day resource in central London for young homeless or unemployed people (up to 25 years old). Open every day - 7 days a week - providing a place of safety and opportunity for young people in crisis. (Now merged with St Martin-in-the-Fields Social Care Unit to form The Connection at St Martin's.)
- London Mobile Christmas Service
- Operating a mobile food, medical and clothing service for London's homeless and vulnerable over the Christmas holiday week.
- St Martin-in-the-Fields
- Based in the church crypt, the Social Care Unit has been working with rough sleepers and others for more than 50 years.
- St Mungo’s
- St Mungo's is a homelessness agency and housing association which began in 1969 and now runs more than 60 hostels, high support projects and semi-independent houses giving shelter to over 1,200 people every night in London.

- OSW is a cross sector partnership which co-ordinates employment and training services for homeless and other socially excluded people in London.

- UK lobby group of housing and homelessness agencies concerned with raising the profile of older homeless people.
- The Passage Day and Night Shelter for the Homeless of London
- A Christian organisation caring for London's homeless, providing support for those who would otherwise be sleeping rough. Information on homelessness, services offered, volunteer information, news and financial report.
- Quaker Homeless Action
- Website with information about the work of Quaker Homeless Action. Provides details of the services they provide, including tea runs for rough sleepers in London.
- Salvation Army
- Salvation Army demonstrates its Christian principles through social welfare provision including services designed to meet the needs of homeless people.
- Shelter
- Shelter is the national campaigning charity for homeless and badly housed people.
- Shelternet
- Shelternet aims to provide clear, accessible information for anyone facing a housing problem.
- Thames Reach Bondway
- Works with people who sleep rough in London. The aim is to end street homelessness through collaborative work with other agencies.
- Whitechapel Mission
- Founded in 1876, Whitechapel has been caring for the poor and homeless of London regardless of race or religion, in their struggle against hunger, poverty, disease, prejudice and exclusion.
- West London Initiative on Single Homelessness
- The WISH aims are to provide temporary accommodation, help and support to homeless people in West London. The web site gives details of the charity, and information for volunteers. Please note that WISH appear to have ceased operations.
